Our No Quibble Guarantee means that if you are not happy with one of our products, for whatever
reason, you can return it within 30 days of dispatch date for a full refund. We just ask that all
goods are returned in new condition, unused and in the original gift packaging. Unfortunately, if
goods are returned without the gift box/sleeve/bag/card or wrapping they came in, we reserve the
right to deduct 20% of the value from your refund. Please ensure the item is adequately protected in
transit as we cannot offer a refund for returned goods damaged as a result of inadequate protection.
Please email us at orders@meteorwebmarketing.co.uk for a returns number before sending the goods
quoting your order number to enable us to process your return smoothly. We advise customers to
acquire proof of posting from the post office or to send goods by recorded delivery (which has to be
signed for) when returning goods. Where goods returned are not faulty, we will only be able to
refund the cost of the individual item.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchanges on earrings unless faulty, engraved goods
and personalised bear jumpers.

If goods are faulty you may return them for a full refund or replacement goods. You must notify us
of any faults within 10 days of dispatch date Please e-mail orders@meteorwebmarketing.co.uk to
request a returns number. We will then advise you of how to return the goods. We advise customers
to acquire proof of posting from the post office when returning goods. Where goods are damaged or
faulty, the cost of returning the goods by the advised method will be reimbursed to the customer in
addition to the cost of the individual item. Additional costs incurred by using a different method
of return will not be refunded.
WRONG ITEM(S) RECEIVED
We apologise if this should ever happen. Please email orders@meteorwebmarketing.co.uk for the best
way of resolving this as quickly and easily as possible.
REFUNDS - In the case of a refund we will generally make payment within 3 working days of receipt
of the returned item(s) and in all events within 7 days.
